Mission Statement: The Leadership Enhancement and Development School of Ministry exists by the grace of God to equip visionary church leaders and laity for success in Christian Ministry and Life Management while further advancing the Kingdom of God.

Vision Statement: The Leadership Enhancement and Development curriculum will engage students to reflect upon their depth of character, integrity, personal life, discipline, service, spiritual gifts and leadership abilities.  Students will learn, graduate and emerge equipped for greater works of service in personal and corporate ministry.
