"Joshua Inc" - Youth Ministry

Team Leader: Min. Michael Cromartie

The Joshua INC Team serves to disciple the young people of Transformation Ministries First Baptist Church (TMFBC) and the community through Christian based teachings, trainings, mentoring, and activities. This team stands to serve ages 2-18 through various ministries.

The objectives of the Joshua INC Team are:

• Develop and organize age-appropriate teaching plans, materials, and activities that present the whole counsel of God.
• Diligently study and clearly explain the Word of God, and challenge young people to practically apply scriptural truths.
• Establish trusting relationships that nurture, guide, and challenge young people in their spiritual growth.
• Create and provide a safe, comfortable environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
